Socious Fund Pilot Round Voting Now Open: Support Changemakers & Earn Rewards

The Socious Fund Pilot Round officially launched on May 5, opening a new chapter in community-driven, impact-oriented funding.

Developed by Socious, a blockchain-based social impact platform, the fund enables everyday people to support global changemakers—and get rewarded for it. In this pilot round, eight carefully selected proposals have advanced to the public voting stage. Each project addresses a pressing social or environmental issue, ranging from clean energy access to inclusive education and regenerative agriculture.

How It Works

The Socious Fund operates as a community voting and donation system. Anyone can vote for their favorite project by simply signing up on the platform. Voters are encouraged to make a donation—even as little as $1—which demonstrates support and helps direct matching funds to the project.

To incentivize participation in this first round, every voter will receive 100 THANK tokens, Socious’ native cryptocurrency used to promote impact-based governance and reward systems within the platform.

Why It Matters

Unlike traditional funding platforms that rely solely on donations or centralized selection committees, the Socious Fund uses a decentralized decision-making model. This allows funding to be allocated by the community, amplifying voices from all backgrounds and encouraging direct civic engagement in global development.

What You Can Do

Whether you're an activist, donor, or someone simply curious about the power of Web3 for good, you can make an impact today:

  1. Visit https://fund.socious.org/home
  2. Review the 8 finalist proposals at https://fund.socious.org/projects
  3. Vote for the project you believe in
  4. Consider making a small donation to boost its chances of receiving matched funds
  5. Receive 100 THANK tokens for your participation

This pilot round is not only an opportunity to uplift visionary changemakers but also to test a new kind of social funding model—one where transparency, decentralization, and community take center stage.

“We believe people should have a say in where impact capital goes. Socious Fund puts that power in the hands of the public,” said Masato Kajimoto, CEO of Socious.
