74％のフリーランサーが報酬支払いの遅延を経験しています（Independent Economy Council調べ)。また34%の企業が業務委託の品質に不安を感じています。この課題を解決するためにスマートコントラクトを活用したエスクロー決済を提供します。このスマートコントラクトにより、フリーランサーは報酬が保証され、企業にとっては提出物の品質が保証されます。また、もし紛争が起こった場合、コミュニティメンバーが陪審員として紛争解決に参加できます。

1. Community-Led Cardano Summits in Japan ⭐ 4.16/5 - Joint proposal with Yuta and zenGate
Given Cardano's origins, the Japanese community holds significant importance. However, the community is currently fragmented and isolated from the international Cardano community. We Organize three community-led Cardano summits in Japan, which bring together Cardano stakeholders from Japan and abroad, fostering collaboration and encouraging Japanese companies to adopt Cardano.
2. Open Source Identity Wallet for Atala PRISM 2.0 and certificates ⭐ 4.44/5
Currently, there is no open-source identity wallet available that supports both browser and mobile platforms and is compatible with Atala PRISM v2.0. We will create an open-source identity wallet compatible with Atala PRISM v2.0. The wallet can issue and verify academic and other certificates.
3. Decentralized Escrow and Dispute Resolution ⭐ 4.36/5
Direct employer-remote developer contracts can lead to disputes and payment issues. However, using centralized escrow services can be expensive, and their decisions may not always be fair. We propose a community-managed decentralized system for escrow and dispute resolution services can protect remote developers and hiring organizations with a fair process and lower fees.
4. Extended Quadratic Funding for Open Source Projects ⭐ 4.14/5
Existing crowdfunding platforms favor a few wealthy individuals, neglecting community voices. They lack decentralization, diversity, and fairness, hindering underrepresented open-source projects. Extended quadratic funding combines modest contributions from individuals who have done good deeds with larger matching sums. This approach promotes fair and inclusive funding for public goods.
5. Impact Accounting Project-Based Learning ⭐ 4.26/5 - Joint proposal with Andamio
There is a shortage of skilled professionals in impact accounting due to insufficient training and blockchain-verified certification programs, hindering effective social and environmental impact reporting. We create project-based learning materials for impact accounting and issue a completion certificate as a verifiable credential on Atala PRISM.
