Make an offer for paid job (fixed-crypto)

Step 1: Accessing Job Listings

• On the left side of your screen, click on “Jobs”. This will display your job listings.

Step 2: Select Your Job

• From the list of jobs displayed, click on the target job you are interested in.

Step 3: View Applicants

• Click on the “Applicants” tab to see a list of professionals who have applied for the job.

Step 4: Select an Applicant

• Find and click on the target applicant you wish to send an offer to.

Step 5: Initiate the Hiring Process

• On the right side of your screen, a new menu will appear with options to Reject, View profile, or Hire.
• Click on “Hire” to proceed.

Step 6: Fill in Contract Details

• Fill in the contract title, select payment type, payment terms, estimated total hours, and importantly, the payment method (crypto).

Step 7: Connect to Metamask

• To send an offer, you must first connect to Metamask and record your wallet address. This is a one-time requirement.
• For transactions, Socious uses Milkomeda.

Step 8: Select Payment

• After connecting your wallet, choose “Wrapped ADA” as your currency and select an amount for the offer.

Step 9: Describe the Project

• Write a detailed description for the project. This helps the applicant understand the scope and expectations of the job.

Step 10: Finalize the Offer

• Click on “Continue” to proceed to the next step.

Step 11: Offer Sent

• Once you have reviewed and confirmed the details, a notification will be displayed confirming that the offer has been sent.
